Perfect Smile regularly manufactures Custom Abutments for all doctors. The restorative dentist captures the position of the implant and the shape of the surrounding gum tissue by taking an impression. Perfect Smile will then fabricate an abutment that resembles the emergence and shape of a natural tooth. The custom abutment will fit perfectly on the implant and supports the gum tissue similar to a natural tooth.
A hybrid abutment is a titanium base abutment and zirconia coping bonded together. Similar to a Zirconia abutment. Hybrid abutment is a great option as the titanium base is stronger, durable, and years to last compared to a full Zirconia abutment.
